Great-grandparents(John & Loretta Cahill) beat everyone!!! Aliyah got her first birthday card in the mail today with a check to add to her savings bond. Thanks great-grandparents!!!

Aliyah's First Thanksgiving!

We went to Aliyah's grandparents house for Thanksgiving. Aliyah was able to have her first thanksgiving feast (turkey, stuffing and mashed potatoes) which she enjoyed.

Gymboree Play & Music

What's not to love?? They have age-appropriate activities to help develop the physical and social skills of children as they play. Aliyah loves her class...we started going every Saturday. There was this kid that was following her around the whole class and almost gave her first kiss...it was hilarious. She is the youngest in her class which will help her learn from the bigger kids. Everyone in the class thought she was at least a year old since she is so advanced and tall like her mama:) I like the class mainly for her social skills.

Aliyah's first Halloween - HAPPY HOWLING!

October 31st/2009 - it was an interesting day...both Aliyah and I was able to experience trick or treating for the first time:) I am not really into celebrating Halloween, its a holiday for spending. I almost didn't dress Aliyah in costumes but then we did it for fun and want her to make her own decision when she is old enough. She had too much fun with her cousins and didn't want to leave their house:)
